LINE OA for Auto Repair Shops & Service Centers
For garages, service centers, body & paint shops, tyre shops and car-care businesses: an AI-made rich menu to book, see prices and find you, 24/7 keyword replies with answers you approved, and seasonal check-up campaigns. Your mechanics step in when a car needs a real diagnosis.
50 free credits at sign-up, no card needed. Then one-time credit packs: no subscription, and credits don't expire.

Your customers already message garages on LINE
In Thailand, Japan and Taiwan, car owners use LINE to book a service, ask for a price and check whether the car is ready. Car brands have moved service booking there too: Honda Thailand lets customers book a service center slot through its LINE Official Account, Ford's dealers in Taiwan launched LINE accounts with service booking, service records and two-way chat with service advisors in September 2024, and Toyota Taiwan's LINE account, upgraded in September 2025, takes service bookings as well.
Independent shops can offer the same basics without building an app: a rich menu with your booking link, price list, promotions and map; instant answers to routine questions; and messages that bring customers back for the next service. In Japan the timing helps: since April 2025 a shaken inspection can be done from two months before expiry without losing validity, which makes early LINE reminders worth sending.
Where repair shops lose customers on LINE
Four gaps we see in garage LINE accounts, and what you can automate
Price questions after closing
Customers message several garages in the evening. The shop that answers first, with a clear starting price, is the one they remember in the morning.
Photos waiting in the chat
Damage photos arrive while every mechanic is under a car. Without a quick acknowledgement, the customer assumes you are not interested.
The same five questions
Opening hours, location, insurance claims, warranty and “is my car ready?”, retyped all day by whoever is at the front desk.
One visit, then silence
Nobody reminds the customer about the next service, so the car goes to whichever shop they drive past first.
What LineBot.pro does for a repair shop
Everything below is in the app today. Bookings, job cards and invoices stay in your own tools.
Garage rich menu
Describe your shop and the AI designs the image and builds the JSON: Book a service, Prices, Promotions, Find us, Opening hours, Talk to a mechanic. Each button opens a link or sends a text your bot answers. 1–3 buttons: 2500×843; 4–6: 2500×1686. You download it and set it in LINE Official Account Manager. More on the AI rich menu maker.
Keyword replies, 24/7
Up to 8 topics × 15 keywords (hours, prices, warranty, parking, insurance claims), each answered with a card you approved. Keyword replies cost 0 credits. Optional AI routing catches messages worded differently, at 1 credit per message it reads with a daily cap, and never writes its own answers. More on the LINE chatbot.
Mechanics take over when it matters
Handoff words pause the bot for that customer: some come preset, like “human”, and you add your own, like “mechanic”. The bot doesn't answer photos, videos, locations or stickers: your team replies to those in LINE OA Manager chat.
Service and promotion cards
A rich message per service or offer: 1200×675 image, headline, text, one button (booking page, price list) and an optional Call us button. More on the rich message maker.
Seasonal campaigns
Pre-holiday check-ups, tyre season, rainy-season safety: send to all friends or to a pasted list of LINE user IDs, now or scheduled. 0 credits per send; LINE's monthly message quota applies. More on LINE broadcasts.
Booking and job tracking stay in your tools
LineBot.pro isn't garage management software and doesn't take bookings. Buttons open the booking page, Google Form or reservation tool you already use. A booking system or reminders tied to your customer records is custom LINE development.
Rich menu button sets you can copy
One set per type of shop. Link buttons open a page; Text buttons send a word your keyword bot answers.

Keyword replies for the questions garages get every day
Add the words your customers really type. Each topic answers with one approved card.
| Topic | Customers type | Your approved card |
|---|---|---|
| Opening hours | open, hours, Sunday, holiday | Opening days and times, holiday closures. Button: map link, plus a Call us button. |
| Prices & estimates | price, how much, cost, quote | Starting prices for common jobs and one clear line: “Final price after inspection. We confirm before starting any work.” Button: full price list. |
| Warranty | warranty, guarantee | Your warranty on parts and labour, in your own words. Button: terms page. |
| Parking, drop-off, pick-up | parking, drop off, pick up, collect | Where to park, drop-off times, and a pick-up service if you offer one. Button: map link. |
| Insurance claims | claim, insurance, accident | The insurers you work with and the documents to bring. Button: claim checklist. |
| Something's wrong | noise, warning light, won't start, leak | “Send a photo or short video, your car model and mileage. A mechanic replies in this chat during opening hours.” Then your team answers. |
Handoff words pause the bot for that customer until you switch it back on. Some come preset, like “human”; add your own, such as “mechanic” or “staff”. Test every keyword in the free simulator before you go live.
Campaign ideas by market
Schedule them in advance as broadcasts. Each recipient counts against your LINE message quota.
Pre-Songkran trip check
Tyres, brakes, oil and air-con before the long drive home. One card with a Book a service button, scheduled two or three weeks ahead.
Rainy-season safety check
Wipers, tyres and brakes. Make a starting-price card for each item so the bot can answer follow-up questions.
Tax renewal and inspection
Cars over 7 years old must pass a private inspection station (ตรอ.) check before the annual tax is paid, and tax can be paid online up to 90 days early (Department of Land Transport). If you inspect cars, remind the customers you tagged for that month.
Book your shaken before the March rush
Inspections pile up at fiscal year-end. Since April 2025 a shaken can be done from two months before expiry without losing validity (MLIT), so invite early bookings.
Winter tyre changeover
Open changeover slots in autumn, then remind customers to switch back in spring. Mention tyre storage if you offer it.
Pre-holiday check
A check-up before long drives home, with your holiday opening hours on the same card.
Typhoon prep and flood checks
Wipers, tyres and drainage before a typhoon; a flood-damage inspection offer afterwards.
Service reminders, done honestly
LineBot.pro has no reminder automation and no customer database. These are the three ways garages actually do it.
A seasonal broadcast to everyone
One campaign before each holiday or season, sent to all friends. Make the card with AI in LineBot.pro Campaigns and schedule it; sending costs 0 credits, and LINE counts one message per recipient.
Tag chats in LINE OA Manager
When a customer chats with you, tag the chat with their next service month or quarter, then send a targeted broadcast to that chat-tag audience (LINE help). This is a LINE OA Manager feature, not a LineBot.pro one. In Japan and Taiwan the free chat features allow 5 tags and one tag per chat; LINE's paid chat option raises the limit (LY Corporation).
Date-based reminders from your own system
Reminders tied to each car's mileage, service date or inspection expiry need your customer records connected to the Messaging API. We build that as custom development. If your system already exports LINE user IDs, you can also paste a list into a LineBot.pro campaign.
Facts, not promises
Product facts as of October 2026. LINE charges its own message fees by plan and country.
How it fits together
Saturday 19:40: a customer types “how much for brake pads?”. The bot sends your brakes card: a starting price, “final price after inspection” and a booking button. She books Monday through your form. Monday 16:15, your front desk writes “your car is ready” in the same chat. In late March she receives your pre-Songkran check-up campaign.
Example set-up: illustrative, not a customer quote
