Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LineBot.pro (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service platform operated by LineBot.pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LineBot.pro provides tools for businesses to manage and automate their presence on LINE, including: - AI-assisted generation of rich messages, Rich Menus, and promotional visuals - Broadcast and scheduled messaging campaigns - A no-code chatbot builder - Contact management and audience segmentation - Analytics for LINE Official Accounts The Service connects to your LINE Official Account through the LINE Messaging API. LineBot.pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LINE Corporation / LY Corporation.

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activity that occurs under your account - Ensuring that your LINE Official Account credentials connected to the Service are valid and that you are authorized to use them Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system in addition to subscription plans: - **Credits:** Credits are prepaid units consumed when you use certain features, such as AI generation (rich messages, Rich Menus, flyers) and broadcast sending. Credit costs per feature are shown on the pricing page. - **Subscriptions:** Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. - **Payments:** Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added. - **Refunds:** Credits are consumed upon use and, once consumed, are non-refundable. Unused credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us. - **Changes:** We may change prices or credit costs prospectively. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them - Violate the LINE Terms of Use, the LINE Official Account guidelines, or any policies of LINE Corporation / LY Corporation - Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content - Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems - Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section. You remain solely responsible for the content you create and send through the Service and for complying with laws applicable to your messaging (including anti-spam and data protection laws in the markets you target).

- **Our property:** The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LineBot.pro and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended. - **Your content:** You retain ownership of the content you upload and the materials you create with the Service (such as generated rich messages, menus, and visuals), to the extent permitted by applicable law. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service. - **AI-generated output:** You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before use and ensuring it is appropriate and lawful for your purposes. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using the Service you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Where you use the Service to process data about your own customers (for example, LINE contacts), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for complying with data protection laws applicable to you, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where relevant.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs. The Service depends on third-party services (including the LINE Messaging API and Stripe) that are outside our control; we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineBot.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- **By you:** You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. - **By us:** We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and remaining credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
