What's in the LINE Page kit?
One prompt produces a matching set: a 1080×878 cover image, a 640×640 profile picture and a rich menu image with its layout file. Name up to 6 buttons, or let the AI choose the 6 most useful for your business. 1–3 buttons give a 2500×843 menu, 4–6 buttons a 2500×1686 menu. You download the files and upload them in LINE OA Manager.
What does the ฿2,500 LINE OA Audit cover?
An account health check, a competitor benchmark, a content strategy, a rich menu review and an automation roadmap, delivered as a report within 3–5 business days, followed by a 30-minute call to plan the next steps. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.
Does LineBot.pro publish the rich menu to my LINE OA automatically?
Not from the app today. You upload it in LINE OA Manager: Rich menu → Create → choose the template that matches your button count → upload the image → set each button's link or text → save. The result page lists these steps, and developers can use the JSON with the Messaging API.
Can you help me get a verified LINE Official Account?
Verification is requested by the account owner and reviewed by LINE. In Thailand, upgrading to a verified account (blue shield) costs ฿888 excluding VAT, paid once, and LINE emails the result within 7 business days (LINE for Business Thailand, October 2026). If you would like help preparing the application, mention it in the contact form.
Do I need a paid LINE OA plan?
Not to start. Creating a LINE OA is free, and replies to customer messages are not counted in your message quota. Paid plans add broadcast volume: in Thailand the Free plan includes 300 messages a month, Basic costs ฿1,280 for 15,000 and Pro ฿1,780 for 35,000, excluding 7% VAT (October 2026). Do you offer monthly LINE OA management?
Not as a fixed package. For ongoing management, multi-branch setups or custom LINE development such as LIFF apps or Messaging API integrations, describe what you need in the contact form and we will reply with a scope and a quote.
